2. Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment

Our printed books are manufactured using high-quality print-on-demand services. Orders are placed into a processing stage immediately upon checkout. Because each printed book is custom-made on demand, please allow 3-5 business days for printing and manufacturing before your package is shipped.

3. Digital Downloads (eBooks)

Upon completing your purchase of a digital eBook, a unique, secure download link will be delivered immediately to your provided email address. Digital purchases are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Digital Sales: All sales of digital products and eBooks are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

Printed Books: Because each book is individually printed on demand, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at info@hussambooks.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement.
